The law regarding (the slaughtering) of an animal and its offspring (on the same day)
א אָסוּר לִשְׁחֹט אוֹתוֹ וְאֶת בְּנוֹ (וַיִּקְרָא כב, כח) בְּיוֹם אֶחָד, לֹא שְׁנָא הָאֵם וְאַחַר כָּךְ הַבֵּן אוֹ הַבַּת, לֹא שְׁנָא הַבֵּן אוֹ הַבַּת וְאַחַר כָּךְ הָאֵם
Seif 1:
It is forbidden to slaughter an animal and its offspring on the same day, it does not matter if you first slaughter the mother and afterward the son or daughter, or if you first slaughter the son or daughter and afterward the mother (it is forbidden either way no matter what order).
