כ טַבָּח שֶׁנִּמְצֵאת פְּגִימָה בְּרֹאשׁ הַסַכִּין, וְאָמַר: זֹאת הַפְּגִימָה מִפְּנֵי שֶׁאֲנִי מְכַסֶה דַּם הָעוֹפוֹת בְּרֹאשׁ הַסַכִּין, וּכְשֶׁאֲנִי שׁוֹחֵט אֲנִי נִזְהָר שֶׁאֵינִי נוֹגֵעַ בַּפְּגִימָה, מַעֲבִירִין אוֹתוֹ; וְקָרוֹב לוֹמַר שֶׁהַכֵּלִים אֲסוּרִים
