מוּמָר לַעֲרֵלוּת, דִּינוֹ כְּמוּמָר לַעֲבֵרָה אַחַת. וְאִם אֵינוֹ עָרֵל אֶלָּא מִפְּנֵי שֶׁמֵּתוּ אֶחָיו מֵחֲמַת מִילָה, הֲרֵי הוּא כִּשְׁאָר יִשְׂרָאֵל כָּשֵׁר.
